I must apologize that I have done a very poor job of keeping our site updated.  I hope to catch a breath at some point and do so.  We are a month away from kidding season and looking forward to some more Sully and Tres Mo babies.  I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas season!  Thanks! -Stanton (12/5/11)
Braiden Dougherty

Braiden and Delaney Dougherty burnt up the show ring with their Know The Source 2011 wethers this past summer!  Run your mouse over the above picture to see both of them at the Benton County Fair - where Braiden and Ruger were Grand Champion and Delaney and Copperhead Slinger were Reserve Grand Champion.  Way to go girls!

Welcome to the website for Faith Genetics.  We're glad you stopped by.  We have been breeding goats since 1975; but, most recently, we have been in the percentage Boer goat business since 2002.

You might ask, "Why use the herdname of Faith Genetics?"  In short, we feel very strongly that God created absolutely everything.  Every day we strive to accept and embrace the fact that God owns and is in control of us and everything around us.  We have faith in His goodness, hence the Faith part of Faith Genetics.  Secondly, my favorite aspects of raising livestock are genetics and reproduction, hence Genetics

We have been very pleased with how our animals have done in our herd and for other people.  Four exciting products of our breeding program are pictured below.  Other noteworthy wethers and does can be viewed throughout our website, particularly those from 2009.

The first picture is a wether shown by our nieces that was 2nd in his class at the 2006 American Royal.  The picture below him is of a wether that we sold to Cheyenne Hunt of Mexico, MO.  She won class 11 at the 2006 Missouri State Fair with him.  Another exciting wether was shown by Tyler Shuey last year - he was the reserve grand 4-H wether at the 2007 Missouri State Fair.  He is the third picture on the page, followed by the final picture of Emma Rademacher with her Tres Mo X Tea Rose wether that did so well in 2008.
